Magic Cake
4 Eggs, room temperature 3/4 c White Sugar 1/2 c Melted Butter 1 tsp Vanilla 3/4 c All Purpose Flour 2 c Warm Milk 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar |
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease an 8" baking dish. Beat egg whites in large bowl with electric mixer until stiff, at least 2 minutes. Combine egg yolks in another large bowl with white sugar. Beat at least 2 minutes. Add butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth about 2 more minutes. Fold in flour. Beat milk in slowly, then fold in egg white gently. Pour batter into prepared dish. Bake 45-70 minutes. Let cool about 30 minutes. Top with powdered sugar. |
